Dave Fox, a Jimi Hendrix fan working at Crest Audio (Owned by Dallas Industries), built approximately 2000 Fuzz Face reissues across 1986 and 1987. Although more rare, these are still somewhat cheaper than the ’60s and ’70s originals, whose prices have gone up the roof as of late.
